Payments
You must make a 20% upfront payment deposit for the service before booking can be confirmed as successful.
Tardiness
Please be on time. After 15minutes we have a late fee of 10,000 deducted from your payment.
Guests
Additional guests and visitors are not allowed. This is to make space available in the studio for other customers.
Availability
Kindly check and take note of the available dates and times.
Cancelations
You may cancel or reschedule atleast 24-48hrs ahead.
Refunds
Payments are non refundable and can only be transferred.

No Facials 2 Weeks Prior
No Exercise on D-Day
Semi permanent makeup is NOT RECOMMENDED for clients who have or are:
- Pregnant or Nursing
- History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring
- Diabetic (require doctor’s clearance)
- Chemotherapy (consult your doctor)
- Viral infections and/or diseases
- Pacemaker or major heart problems
- Organ transplant
- Eczema/ Psoriasis/ Rashes near the treated area
- Accutane in the past 6 months
- Had Botox in the past 6 weeks
- Heart conditions, Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Poor general health
- Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system / healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation procedures

AFTER CHOOSING YOUR PREFERRED DATE AND TIME, COPY YOUR BOOKING ID AND PASTE IT IN THE FORM BELOW THE FIRST ONE. COMPLETE THE FORM AND MAKE PAYMENT TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING. MAKE SURE TO INPUT THE BOOKING CODE AS THAT IS WHAT HELPS US TRACK YOUR RESERVATION.
